سحر نور الدين




طالبة لغة انجليزية في السنة الأخيرة في جامعة عدن . تعمل كمساعد موارد بشرية في مشاريع التنمية و التعايش لمجتمع اللاجئين في مدينة عدن و التي تديرها منظمة أدرا للتنمية و الإغاثة في اليمن. و هذه المشاريع تضم   برامج دعم النساء و الحد من العنف بالإضافة إلى التعايش المجتمعي من خلال مشاريع التنمية و بناء قدرات الشباب. كما تعمل كمترجمة في إطار المجالات الإنسانية.
تعمل بشكل تطوعي في بعض المبادرات و الشبكات كمبادرة الشراكة الشرق أوسطية ( ميبي)  و صناع التغيير العالمي  تحت إطار شبكة البحث العربية  في 8 دول عربية.  
ويتمثل الهدف النهائي في حياتها هو تحقيق التوازن والعدالة في جميع المجالات المتعلقة بالبشر و  مناصرة الممارسات الصالحة التي تنتمي إلى الطبيعة البشرية.


Sahar Nuraddin

She is a final year student in English department, college of education, Aden University. Her professional career includes working with refugees in developmental and integral projects in Yemen. Those projects include supporting women against violence, and integrating young and motivated individuals into the developmental process to build their capacity. She works with ADRA (Adventist Development and relief agency) as a human resources assistant. Moreover, she works as a freelance interpreter /translator focusing on humanitarian issues and thinks of this as a considerable career.

She is active in a couple of civic, cultural and voluntary organizations including MEPI (Middle East Partnership initiative) alumni steering committee, and YARN (Young Arab Research Network). She is always prepared and committed to handle new missions.

The ultimate goal in her life is to achieve equilibrium and justice in all fields concerning humans and advocate for righteous practices that belong to human nature.

  1. The executive director of House of Light Foundation, graduated recently from Faculty of education, English department, Aden university.
    She works as a Human Resources Assistant in refugees development and integration projects for refugees community in Aden city, that are ran by ADRA( Adventist Development and Relief Agency in Yemen.
    These projects include supporting programs for women and eradication of violence as well as social integration through development and capacity building projects. She works also as a translator in some humanitarian fields concerning refugees and victims of violence and exploitation.
    She is considered one of the first batch of NESA program Alumni. This program is funded by the US department of State for students from Asia (including Middle East) and North Africa to study for one or two semesters in one of the American universities /colleges as an exchange program.
    She works voluntarily with some initiatives and networks such as MEPI( Middle east partnership initiative) and Global Change makers sponsored by the British Council of YARN network(young Arab Research Network)in 8 Arab Countries. In Addition, she works as a volunteer translator with TIG web in the Arabic section. Further, she trained a number of youth within MEPI and Youth Support Project which was funded by Equal Access –Yemen and SOUL. The ultimate goal in her life is to achieve equilibrium and justice in all fields concerning humans and advocates for righteous practices that belong to human nature.
